Hyaluronic Acid Supplement supporting Joint Comfort, Mobility and Stronger Cartilage. This bottle came with 30 caplets and suggested taking one caplet daily giving you a 30 day supply. For the price this is a decent value. Claims to support the reduction of inflammation, relieves pain and improves mobility. The bottle label indicates that it can improve joint comfort, stiffness and mobility function in just 5 days. I ordered this product based on the claim that it can reduce inflammation. I suffer from this occasionally and although it seems to be pretty mild at this moment I am always looking for new products to aid with this. This product looks to have potential.

As someone who stays active and is increasingly aware of the clicks and creaks that come with age and exercise, I'm always on the lookout for a joint supplement that does more than just make empty promises. Lab51's BSW-51 supplement caught my eye not just for its inclusion of 250 mgs. of Hyaluronic Acid, but for its intelligent, science-backed formula. After a full month of use, I can say this is a standout product in a very crowded market. It has worked really well for me. I am experiencing a significant difference in my joints.The packaging is clean and professional, clearly listing the key active ingredients: AprèsFlex® Boswellia Serrata, Hyaluronic Acid, and Piperine. The 30-caplet bottle provides a one-month supply, which is standard.I took one 860 mg caplet daily with a meal as recommended. The caplets are a manageable size and easy to swallow.Week 1: I didn't notice a dramatic change, which is to be expected with a supplement that works cumulatively. However, I did feel a slight reduction in my usual morning stiffness. Getting out of bed felt a little less "creaky."Week 2-3: This is where the magic started to happen. The nagging ache in my knee after a long walk or a leg day at the gym became significantly less pronounced. My overall mobility felt improved—things like squatting down to pick something up or climbing stairs felt more fluid and less deliberate.Week 4: By the end of the bottle, the benefits were undeniable. The persistent, low-level joint discomfort I had accepted as "normal" had largely subsided. I felt more confident in my movements and less hesitant to push myself during workouts. While it's impossible to "feel" your cartilage getting stronger, the reduction in pain and improved function gives me confidence in the long-term cartilage support this product claims to offer.

This is a good science-based supplement for inflammation and joint health. Each 1 caplet serving provides a full clinically studied (100mg) dose of ApresFlex boswellia, which is one of my favorite herbs for inflammation and works as good as curcumin for me. It also provides 250mg hyaluronic acid which helps lubricate joints. It also provides 40mg type II hydrolyzed collagen. They misspelled hydrolyzed, which isn't a great sign, and the type II collagen used is not clinically studied UC-II collagen, it's just generic type II. It might work the same, but I would much prefer UC-II which is the proven type of collagen for joint pain at a 40mg dose.Overall - it's a science based and good quality probiotic. It would be better, however, if they used genuine UC-II collagen instead of the generic, but regardless this will be good due to the ApresFlex and hyaluronic acid alone.

Great Product!I’ve tried my fair share of joint supplements, and I didn’t notice much of a difference. BSW-51 was different, I started noticing a real change within the first 2 weeks - less stiffness, less pain and improved mobility, especially in my knees and wrists. This supplement is very affordable too. I definitely recommend BSW 51.

I've been having some knee pain and decided to try this stuff out. After about a week of taking it, I've definitely noticed a decrease in stiffness and discomfort, especially in the mornings. The combination of boswellia and hyaluronic acid seems to be effective. For the price, I'm very impressed and will continue to take it.
